Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to explore the influence of gingival retraction on gingival recession of anterior teeth with different periodontal phenotypes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.受试牙牙颈部缺损至龈下； 2.受试牙有牙周手术史； 3.孕妇、哺乳期妇女、吸烟者或复诊时有牙龈炎症者； 4.长期服药史； 5.前牙严重错合畸形； 6.拒绝参加实验。

Exclusion criteria：

1.The test tooth has a defect to the subgingival region; 2. The tested tooth has a history of periodontal surgery; 3.Pregnant women, lactating women, smokers or those with gingival inflammation during follow-up visits; 4.Have a history of long-term medication use; 5.Severe malocclusion of the anterior teeth; 6.Refusing to participate in experiments.

牙周表型判断方法如下：受试者平躺于椅位，上颌合平面垂直于地面，牙周探针平行于牙冠长轴，轻探入受试牙唇侧中央龈沟，薄型组为牙周探针的轮廓透过牙龈组织可被辨认。

Intervention：

The method for determining periodontal phenotype is as follows: The subject lies supine on the chair with the maxillary occlusal plane perpendicular to the ground. The periodontal probe is positioned parallel to the long axis of the tooth and gently inserted into the central gingival sulcus on the labial side of the target tooth. In the thin phenotype group, the contour of the periodontal probe can be discerned through the gingival tissue.
