探讨白内障合并高度近视患者术中飞秒激光截囊的安全距离。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safe distance of femtosecond laser capsulation in cataract patients with high myopia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

妊娠；角膜混浊影响飞秒激光截囊；瞳孔不能散大，即散瞳后直径小于5.5mm；晶状体脱位或半脱位；外伤性白内障；葡萄膜炎未控制眼内炎症反应者；糖尿病、高血压等血糖、血压控制不佳引起眼底病变者。

Exclusion criteria：

Pregnancy; Corneal opacity affects femtosecond laser capsule interception; The pupil cannot be dilated, that is, the diameter of the pupil after dilation is less than 5.5mm; Dislocation or subluxation of the lens; Traumatic cataract; Uveitis does not control the intraocular inflammatory response; Poor control of blood sugar and blood pressure caused by diabetes, hypertension and other fundus lesions.
