1.预测与菌阳敏感结核患者治疗效果相关的生物标志物。 2筛选耐多药结核患者在抗结核治疗过程中产生的新的耐药基因位点，监测新药使用过程中的耐药突变积累。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Predicting biological markers associated with treatment outcomes in bacteriologically positive and drug sensitive tuberculosis patients. 2.Identifying new resistant mutations in drug-resistant TB patients during anti-tuberculosis treatment, and monitoring the accumulation of drug-resistant mutations during the treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

菌阳敏感结核患者： 1.严重心血管疾病，风湿免疫性疾病，恶性肿瘤，艾滋病，各类肝病，精神病； 2.依从性差患者。 耐药结核患者： 1.恶性肿瘤患者，HIV感染者，精神病患者，孕妇、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

Bacterial positive sensitive tuberculosis patients: 1. Serious cardiovascular diseases, rheumatic and immune diseases, malignant tumors, AIDS, various liver diseases, mental diseases; 2. Patients with poor compliance. Drug resistant tuberculosis patients: 1. Malignant tumor patients, HIV infected individuals, psychiatric patients, pregnant and lactating women.
