研究目的：

充分利用本团队在新一代人工智能机器人进一步开发应用过程中的优势，结合新时代“智能世界”，将AI智能学习、机器学习、神经网络学习、算法分析等智能科技与现实患者病例膝关节术前、术中、术后数据相结合，构建我国大型膝关节信息多维数据库，并进行深度挖掘分析。  

Objectives of Study：

To fully utilize the advantages of our team in the further development and application process of the new generation of artificial intelligence robots, combined with the new era of "intelligent world", we will combine intelligent technologies such as AI intelligent learning, machine learning, neural network learning, and algorithm analysis with real patient knee joint preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative data to construct a large-scale knee joint information multidimensional database in China and conduct in-depth mining and analysis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有TKA传统手术的禁忌证者； 2.患肢深静脉严重血栓者； 3.患肢有膝关节手术、外伤或骨折史可能影响本项目评估及手术安全； 4.受试者呈免疫抑制状态，患有自身免疫疾病或免疫抑制障碍； 5.妊娠或哺乳期女性； 6.受试者最近3个月内曾参加过其他药物、生物制剂或器械临床研究； 7.已知过度饮酒或药物滥用的患者； 8.研究者认为不适宜参加本临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those with contraindications to TKA traditional surgery; 2. Patients with severe deep vein thrombosis of the affected limb; 3. A history of knee joint surgery, trauma, or fracture in the affected limb may affect the evaluation and surgical safety of this project; 4. The subjects are in an immunosuppressive state and suffer from autoimmune diseases or immunosuppressive disorders; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. The subject has participated in clinical studies of other drugs, biological agents, or devices within the past 3 months; 7. Patients who are known to have excessive alcohol or drug abuse; 8. Researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
