研究目的：

探究布拉氏酵母菌联合富马酸伏诺拉生片-阿莫西林二联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌的疗效是否更佳，不良反应发生率是否更低，患者依从性、耐受性是否更好。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether the combination of Saccharomyces boulardii with vonoprazan-amoxicillin dual therapy demonstrates superior efficacy in eradicating Helicobacter pylori, lower incidence of adverse reactions, and better patient compliance and tolerance.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 对本研究所用药物过敏； 2. 有胃手术史； 3. 在研究期间不能停止使用 PPI、抗生素、类固醇类药物； 4. 怀孕/哺乳期； 5. 单核细胞增多症急性感染； 6. 心脏、肝脏、肾脏、肺部疾病失代偿； 7. 研究前 4 周内使用过抗菌药物，2 周内使用过 PPI 或富马酸伏诺拉生药物h) 确诊或怀疑为上消化道恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergies to the drugs used in this study; 2. Have a history of gastric surgery; 3. During the study period, PPI, antibiotics, and steroids should not be discontinued; 4. Pregnancy/lactation period; 5. Acute infection of mononucleosis; 6. Decompensation of heart, liver, kidney, and lung diseases; 7. Diagnosed or suspected upper gastrointestinal malignancy due to use of antibiotics within the first 4 weeks of the study and PPI or fumarasone within 2 weeks.
