研究目的：

寻找阑尾与胃肠道运动存在的联系。并初步探寻此现象背后的原因，以指导阑尾炎进一步的治疗方向。  

Objectives of Study：

To find the connection between the appendix and gastrointestinal motility. To preliminarily explore the reasons behind this phenomenon to guide further treatment directions for appendicitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.阑尾粪石引起阑尾或盲肠穿孔者； 2.对相关药物过敏者； 3.严重心、肝及肾等重要器官功能不全者； 4.腹腔感染和腹膜炎； 5.术中临时改变术式； 6.术前存在结肠功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Perforation of the appendix or cecum caused by fecal stones in the appendix; 2. Individuals who are allergic to related drugs; 3. Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; 4. Peritoneal infection and peritonitis; 5. Temporary changes in surgical procedures during surgery; 6. Preoperative colon dysfunction.
