研究目的：

抑郁症是一种常见的精神疾病，中国每年有超过5000万人(占人口的3.6%)患有抑郁症。作为一种高度普遍且致残的疾病，抑郁症也与巨大的社会成本有关。目前抑郁症患者仍以药物治疗为主，但药物治疗的副作用明显，使得非药物治疗方法更易被接受，深部经颅磁刺激（Deep transcranial magnetic stimulation, dTMS）作为有效的物理治疗方法仍有许多问题需要探索。本研究将患者分为两组，分别是一天两次的dTMS的θ爆发刺激模式组和一天两次的dTMS标准模式组，即加速深部经颅磁刺激（adTMS）组，探讨并比较深部经颅磁刺激的θ爆发刺激模式和加速深部经颅磁刺激治疗抑郁症患者的有效性和安全性，探究dTMS的θ爆发刺激模式在治疗抑郁症患者时是否有更加快速的临床疗效，通过脑电数据分析、量表评估等试图发现患者适用治疗方案的选取依据，指导临床治疗。  

Objectives of Study：

Depression is a common mental illness. More than 50 million people (3.6% of the population) in China suffer from depression every year. As a highly prevalent and disabling disease, depression is also associated with significant social costs. At present, patients with depression are still mainly treated with drugs, but the side effects of drug treatment are obvious, making non-drug treatment methods more ac-ceptable, and there are still many problems to be explored as an effective physical therapy method of deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (dTMS). In this study, the patients were divided into two groups, namely the standard mode group of dTMS twice a day and the theta burst stimulation mode group of dTMS twice, and the effectiveness and safety of the theta burst stimulation mode of deep magnetic stimulation and ac-celerated deep transcranial magnetic stimulation (adTMS) in the treatment of patients with depression were discussed and compared, and whether the θ burst stimulation mode of dTMS had a more rapid clinical effect in the treatment of patients with depression, and tried to discover the basis for the selection of suita-ble treatment options through EEG data analysis and scale evaluationto guide clinical treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）器质性疾病、药物或精神障碍引起的继发性抑郁症； （2）患有严重不稳定躯体疾病； （3）有酗酒或药物依赖史； （4）大脑创伤病变史，或头颅手术史者； （5）处于脑血管病急性期者或有颅内高压，或者颅骨缺损者； （6）昏迷史，癫痫病史，中风史，肿瘤史或躁狂史者； （7）安装耳内助听器者或任何金属植入物者； （8）严重自杀企图的治疗者，或严重兴奋激越者； （9）入组前6个月使用过tDCS或rTMS或ECT治疗者； （10）妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或计划妊娠者（女性适用）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary depression caused by organic diseases, drugs or psychiatric disorders; (2) Suffering from severe unstable physical diseases; (3) History of alcoholism or drug dependence; (4) History of cerebral trauma lesions, or history of cranial surgery; (5) Those in the acute stage of cerebrovascular disease or those with intracranial hypertension or skull defects; (6) History of coma, epilepsy, stroke, tumor or mania; (7) Those who have in-ear hearing aids or any metal implants; (8) Those who have been treated for serious suicide attempts, or those who are severely agitated; (9) Those who have used tDCS or rTMS or ECT treatment in the 6 months before enrollment; (10) Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to become pregnant (for women).

本研究拟将78名受试者随机分配到2种治疗方案组进行干预。研究负责人用SPSS产生随机数字并进行完全随机分组。确定受试者符合入组条件后，第一个入组的受试者对应随机序列的第一个数，依次类推。

To randomise 84 participants to one of the two treatment regimen groups for intervention. Study leaders generated random numbers with SPSS and performed complete randomization.
