本研究的目的是在任意非选择的甲状腺结节中比较使用两种穿刺手法的FNAC样本的满意率。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to compare the satisfaction rate of FNAC samples using the two puncture techniques in any non-selected thyroid nodule.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 正在服用阿司匹林等抗血小板聚集、华法林等抗凝治疗； 2. 剧烈咳嗽等无法配合穿刺； 3. 无法提供知情同意。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Taking anti-platelet aggregation therapy such as aspirin and anticoagulant therapy such as warfarin; 2. Unable to cooperate with puncture due to severe cough; 3. Unable to provide informed consent.
