研究目的：

通过观察形神同调法在治疗OSA过程中患者疾病症状、形态变化、检测指标，记录治疗过程中患者出现的各类异常情况、不良事件与不良反应，评估该疗法的安全性以及对OSA在形、神、病三方面的治疗效果，为临床上形神同调法治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停提供试验依据与应用建议，为针刺治疗OSA的方案规范及进一步研究提供基础  

Objectives of Study：

By observing the disease symptoms, morphological changes and detection indicators of OSA patients in the treatment process of adjusting of physique and spirit, all kinds of abnormal conditions, adverse events and adverse reactions of patients in the treatment process were recorded, and the safety of the therapy and the therapeutic effect of OSA in the physique, spirit and disease were evaluated.This study provides experimental basis and application suggestions for the clinical application of this method in the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, and provides a basis for the protocol specification and further research of acupuncture in the treatment of OSA.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1: 诊断为中枢性或混合性睡眠呼吸暂停，且混合性或中枢性占比≥50%； 2: 最近3个月以内曾接受过其他任何方式的OSA治疗或曾参加其他临床试验； 3: 合并严重鼻中隔偏曲、鼻息肉、鼻部肿瘤、咽部肿瘤、下颌后缩、小颌畸形等可能影响呼吸的显著颅面异常； 4: 合并严重的心、脑、肺、肝、肾、神经和造血系统疾病，恶性肿瘤，精神疾病及认知障碍； 5: 妊娠试验阳性、妊娠期或哺乳期妇女以及近期有生育计划； 6: 已知或怀疑对研究器具及材料有过敏史； 7: 怀疑或确有酒精、药物滥用或依赖史； 8: 严重畏惧针刺、晕针等，不能坚持完成治疗； 9: 研究者认为不适宜参加本临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1: The patients were diagnosed as central or mixed sleep apnea, and the proportion of mixed or central sleep apnea was ≥50% 2: Have received any other form of OSA treatment or participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months 3: With severe nasal septum deviation, nasal polyps, nasal tumors, pharyngeal cancer, mandibular retraction, small micromaxillary deformity or other significant craniofacial anomalies may affect breathing 4: With severe heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, nerve and hematopoietic system disease, malignant tumor, mental illness and cognitive impairment 5: A positive pregnancy test, who are pregnant or breastfeeding, and who have recently planned to have children 6: Severe fear of acupuncture or faintng during acupuncture treatment, unable to adhere to complete the treatment 7: Known or suspected history of allergy to study devices and materials 8: A suspected or real history of alcohol or drug abuse or dependence 9: The researchers think that is not suitable to participate in this clinical study.
