To evaluate and contrast the long-term oncological outcomes between patients undergoing FLOT-first and those opting for surgery-first strategies within a substantial real-world cohort.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前曾确诊过除胃癌以外的其他肿瘤； 2.残胃癌； 3.术前接受过放疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A history of previous malignancies; 2. Residual gastric cancer; 3. Prior preoperative radiation therapy.
