研究目的：

探讨全程个体化营养治疗干预组与传统营养治疗组患者的临床结局的影响，同时，客观评价两组患者的治疗效果和治疗成本，以期为胰腺外科手术患者形成一套规范的营养治疗模式。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of individualized nutritional therapy intervention group and traditional nutritional therapy group on clinical outcomes, and objectively evaluate the treatment effectiveness and cost of the two groups of patients, in order to establish a standardized nutritional therapy model for pancreatic surgery patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在肠外、肠内营养禁忌（生命体征不平稳、凝血障碍、胃肠功能严重障碍、无法纠正的代谢性疾病等）； 2.对研究用肠外或肠内营养制剂的任何成分过敏； 3.不适合人体成分测量者。人体成分测量不适合下述人群: 安装心脏起搏器者，不能进行生物电阻抗测定；足踝角质层过厚者，无法测出体成分数据；意识不清，不能配合检查者；体内有金属物质：如人工关节、内固定器等可能影响测定结果者； 4.病例资料不完整，未能按照教育的方案执行、未能按规定随诊及完成检查； 5.其它原因退出研究者； 6.研究者认为不合适参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are contraindications for parenteral and enteral nutrition (unstable vital signs, coagulation disorders, severe gastrointestinal dysfunction, metabolic diseases that cannot be corrected, etc.); 2. Allergies to any components of parenteral or enteral nutrition preparations used for research; 3. Not suitable for measuring human body composition. The measurement of human body composition is not suitable for the following population: those who install pacemakers cannot undergo bioelectrical impedance measurement; If the stratum corneum of the ankle is too thick, body composition data cannot be measured; Unconscious and unable to cooperate with the examination; Metal substances in the body, such as artificial joints and internal fixators, may affect the measurement results; 4. Incomplete case data, failure to follow educational plans, failure to follow up and complete examinations as required; 5. Withdrawal of the researcher for other reasons; 6. Patients deemed unsuitable by the researchers to participate in this study.
