研究目的：

开展云南地区多中心糖尿病患者DPN现况调查，有利于扩大DPN知晓率，有利于推广规范DPN筛查方法，提高患者DPN的检出率，促进DPN规范治疗。开展云南地区多中心糖尿病患者DPN现况调查，对云南地区糖尿病性周围神经病变患者病例资料进行整理分析，总结中医常见证型及证型分布规律，探讨不同证型与理化指标等因素的相关性，可为临床诊疗提供更多的辨治思路。总之，开展云南地区多中心糖尿病患者DPN现况调查，旨在为糖尿病DPN的早期诊断和早期干预提供科学依据，以提高糖尿病患者并发症的总体管理水平。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the status of DPN in multi-center diabetic patients in Yunnan is conducive to expanding DPN awareness rate, promoting standardized DPN screening methods, improving the detection rate of patients with DPN, and promoting standardized DPN treatment. The DPN status of multi-center diabetic patients in Yunnan region was investigated, the case data of diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients in Yunnan region were sorted out and analyzed, the distribution rules of TCM common witness types and syndrome types were summarized, and the correlation between different syndrome types and physical and chemical indexes was discussed, which could provide more differentiation and treatment ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. In conclusion, the current status of DPN in multi-center diabetic patients in Yunnan was investigated to provide scientific basis for early diagnosis and intervention of diabetic DPN, so as to improve the overall management level of complications in diabetic patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他原因引起的神经病变，如颈腰椎病变(神经根压迫、椎管狭窄、颈腰椎退行性变)、脑梗死、吉兰-巴雷综合征； 2.严重动静脉血管性病变(静脉栓塞、淋巴管炎)等； 3.化疗药物引起的神经毒性作用以及肾功能不全引起的代谢毒物对神经的损伤； 4.妊娠或者哺乳期妇女； 5.精神疾病患者； 6.不能配合DPN体征检查患者； 7.患者不能配合或者研究者认为不适合参加的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Neuropathy caused by other causes, such as cervical and lumbar spine lesions (nerve root compression, spinal stenosis, cervical and lumbar degenerative changes), cerebral infarction, Guillain-Barre syndrome; 2. Severe arteriovenous vascular diseases (venous embolism, lymphangitis), etc.; 3. Neurotoxic effects caused by chemotherapy drugs and damage to nerves caused by metabolic poisons caused by renal insufficiency; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Patients with mental illness; 6. Patients who cannot cooperate with DPN physical examination; 7. Patients can not cooperate or researchers think it is not suitable to participate.
