研究目的：

通过神经导航经颅磁刺激作用于精神分裂症患者右内侧额上回，与作用于左侧背外侧前额叶皮层的经典靶点进行疗效对比，探索治疗前后症状及脑网络特征的变化；探索可用于临床转化应用的神经导航经颅磁刺激治疗方法体系，为进一步增加疗效提供理论依据和临床证据。

Objectives of Study：

To compare the therapeutic effects of neuronavigation transcranial magnetic stimulation on the right medial superior frontal gyrus of schizophrenia patients with classic targets on the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, and explore the changes in symptoms and brain network characteristics before and after treatment; To explore a system of neuronavigation transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy methods that can be used for clinical conversion applications, providing theoretical basis and clinical evidence for further increasing efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.体检不符合上述受试者标准者； 2.符合DSM-5诊断标准的抑郁症、分裂情感性精神障碍、精神发育迟滞、广泛性发育障碍、谵妄、痴呆、记忆障碍或其他认知障碍者； 3.患有严重的不稳定的躯体疾病者； 4.已确诊的糖尿病、甲状腺疾病、高血压病、心脏病等； 5.窄角型青光眼； 6.有自杀倾向的治疗者；有癫痫病史者，高热惊厥者除外； 7.符合DSM-5酒药依赖(尼古丁依赖除外)诊断标准的患者； 8.入组前3个月使用过tDCS或rTMS； 9.入选前六个月使用过ECT治疗者； 10.患有或曾患有药源性恶性综合征； 11.患有或曾患有药源性恶性综合征，严重迟发性运动障碍者； 12.妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或计划妊娠者； 13.头部外伤伴意识障碍超过5分钟病史者； 14.磁共振扫描禁忌症（签署知情同意书时需要完整填写磁共振安全审查表）； 15.有安装耳内助听器者或任何金属植入物者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those whose physical examination does not meet the above subject standards; 2. Those who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for depression, schizophrenic affective disorder, mental developmental delay, generalized developmental disorder, delirium, dementia, memory impairment, or other cognitive impairments; 3. Those suffering from severe unstable physical diseases; 4. Diagnosed diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension, heart disease, etc; 5. Narrow angle glaucoma; 6. Therapists with suicidal tendencies; Individuals with a history of epilepsy, excluding those with high fever seizures; 7. Patients who meet the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for alcohol and drug dependence (excluding nicotine dependence); 8. Have used tDCS or rTMS three months before joining the group; 9. Those who have used ECT treatment in the first six months of enrollment; 10. Suffering from or having previously suffered from drug-induced malignant syndrome; 11. Those who suffer from or have previously suffered from drug-induced malignant syndrome or severe delayed motor disorders; 12. Pregnant or lactating women, or those planning to conceive; 13. Patients with head injury accompanied by consciousness disorders for more than 5 minutes; 14. Contraindications to magnetic resonance imaging (when signing the informed consent form, a complete magnetic resonance safety review form is required); 15. Those who have installed ear hearing aids or any metal implants.
