Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the impact of comprehensive intervention measures on clinical treatment outcomes, pathogen testing, and health economics of bloodstream infection inpatients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 血培养结果为污染菌； 2. 局部应用抗菌药物，包括眼、耳部给药、脓腔内注射、鞘内注射、雾化吸入、冲洗等； 3. 预防性使用抗菌药物； 4. 拒绝参加此次研究，未签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The blood culture result is contaminated bacteria; 2. Local application of antibacterial drugs, including administration to the eyes and ears, intrapurulent injection, intrathecal injection, nebulization inhalation, flushing, etc 3. Preventive use of antibiotics; 4. Those who refused to participate in this study and did not sign the informed consent form.

1.医院感染管理科成立AMS团队，开展住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检相关监测并定期汇总反馈。 2.医务科组织医师和医技人员开展培训，要求成人血培养成套送检。 3.护理部组织护理人员开展培训。 4.检验科质控FAN plus血培养瓶，使用Virtuo 血培养仪及质谱鉴定仪检测标本。 5.临床药学室了解临床科室住院患者抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检情况，将结果及时反馈临床科室和医院感染管理科。 6.信息科完善标本送检相关信息系统，实现与电子病历、临床实验信息管理等信息系统的互联互通。 7.临床医师在使用抗菌药物前开立相关病原学检查医嘱，根据医院信息管理系统弹窗正确选择抗菌药物为治疗或预防性用药。 8.临床护士在医师开具病原学检测相关医嘱后审核、执行医嘱、打印标本条码，血培养使用FAN plus 血培养瓶收集标本。

Intervention：

1. The Infection Management Department of the hospital has established an AMS team to carry out pathogen testing related monitoring of hospitalized patients before antibiotic treatment and regularly summarize feedback. 2. The medical department organizes training for physicians and medical technicians, requiring adult blood culture kits to be submitted for testing. 3. The nursing department organizes training for nursing staff. 4. The laboratory quality control FAN plus blood culture bottle is used to detect specimens using Virtuo blood culture instrument and mass spectrometry identification instrument. 5. The clinical pharmacy department shall understand the microbiological testing status of hospitalized patients in the clinical department before antibiotic treatment, and promptly feedback the results to the clinical department and hospital infection management department. 6. The Information Department will improve the information system related to specimen submission and achieve interconnectivity with electronic medical records, clinical trial information management, and other information systems. 7. Clinicians should issue relevant pathogen examination orders before using antibiotics, and correctly select antibiotics as therapeutic or preventive medication based on the hospital information management system pop-up window. 8. Clinical nurses review and execute orders related to pathogen testing issued by physicians, print specimen barcodes, and collect specimens using FAN plus blood culture bottles for blood culture.
