研究目的：

研发卒中后认知功能障碍早期精准诊断技术；筛选出精准治疗的药物。

Objectives of Study：

To develop accurate diagnostic techniques for post- stroke cognitive impairment, and to screen the drugs for precise treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）卒中发生之前存在痴呆或严重认知功能障碍；
2）出血性卒中；
3）意识障碍；
4）失语或构音障碍；
5）严重疾病终末期；
6）严重抑郁症患者；
7）无法配合高分辨核磁检查。

Exclusion criteria：

1) dementia or severe cognitive impairment occurs prior to stroke;
2) hemorrhagic stroke;
3) consciousness disorder;
4) aphasia or dysarthria;
5) end-stage severe disease;
6) severe depressive disorder;
7) failed to finish high resolution nuclear magnetic examination.
