研究目的：

1.观察独活寄生汤联合三步三位九法治疗腰椎间盘突出症（寒湿阻络型）的临床疗效； 2.探讨独活寄生汤联合三步三位九法治疗腰椎间盘突出症（寒湿阻络型）的优势。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with three-step three-nine method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (cold-dampness blocking collateral type); 2. To explore the advantages of Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined with three-step three-nine method in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation (cold-dampness blocking collateral type).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重腰椎间盘突出伴有马尾神经损害，有明确手术指征者； 2.骨性椎管狭窄或患有脊柱畸形、脊柱肿瘤者； 3.凝血功能差者； 4.妊娠期及哺乳期妇女； 5.曾有脊柱相关疾病手术史者； 6.患有严重骨质疏松病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe lumbar disc herniation with cauda equina nerve damage and definite surgical indications; 2. Patients with bony spinal stenosis or spinal deformity or spinal tumor; 3. Patients with poor coagulation function; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients with surgical history of spinal diseases; 6. Patients with severe osteoporosis history.

予常规独活寄生汤辩证加减口服治疗。

Intervention：

The patients were treated with conventional Duhuo Jisheng decoction. Duhuo Jisheng decoction: Duhuo 15g, mulberry Jisheng 15g, Eucommia ulmoides 15g, Achyranthes bidentata 12g, Asarum radix 3g, Gentiana gentiana 12g, cinnamon heart 12g, wind 12g, Chuangxiong 15g, ginseng 15g, Licorice 6g, Angelica 15g, Paeoniflora 12g, dried Rehmannia 12g. For postoperative pain of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion is drama, add rocky plain fruit, rhizoma corydalis, white snake, etc.; For those with excessive cold pathogen, aconite, cinnamon twig and dried ginger were added as appropriate. Phlegm dampness excessive, to rehmanniae, as appropriate Pinellia, magnolia officinalis, prevention, Coix seed, etc. One dose per day, oral decoction, 200ml each time, morning and evening.
