研究目的：

探讨在“闭环”理论下rTMS联合上肢康复机器人对脑卒中患者手功能的临床疗效及安全性，以期为临床中治疗手功能障碍提供新的思路和实验数据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of rTMS combined with upper limb rehabilitation robot on hand function of stroke patients under the theory of "closed-loop", in order to provide new ideas and experimental data for the treatment of hand dysfunction in the clinic.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在严重意识障碍、视听障碍、言语障碍、精神障碍或其他原因导致无法配合评定及治疗； 2.因外伤引起肢体偏瘫以及外周神经损伤； 3.存在上肢骨折未愈合、肩关节脱位、严重疼痛等需要限制患侧上肢活动的相关疾病； 4.既往有癫痫等病史或颅骨组织缺损、体内有金属植入物等； 5.合并恶性肿瘤或严重心肺功能不全、肝肾功能衰竭等危险疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severely impaired in consciousness, hearing and sight, speech, mental disorders or other reasons that make them unable to cooperate with the evaluation and treatment; 2. Hemiplegia of limbs caused by trauma and peripheral nerve injury; 3. Presence of unhealed upper limb fracture, shoulder dislocation, severe pain and other related diseases that require restriction of upper limb activities on the affected side; 4. Past medical history such as epilepsy or cranial tissue defects, metal implants in the body; 5. Combined malignant tumors or dangerous diseases such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney failure.

随机分组方法： 1.编号：将研究对象按入院时间进行编号，1-93。 2.取随机数：从随机数字表（参考《医学统计学》第四版中的附表15）中第6行第6列开始，一次读取93个相同位数的数字作为一个随机数录于编号下。 3.排序：将全部随机数从小到大编序号，将每个随机数字对应的序号记在表中。 4.分组：规定序号1-31为对照组，32-62为上肢康复机器人组，63-93为联合组。

Random grouping method: 1. Numbering: the study subjects were numbered according to the time of admission, 1-93. 2. Taking random numbers: starting from the 6th row and 6th column of the table of random numbers (refer to Exhibit 15 in the fourth edition of Medical Statistics), 93 numbers with the same digits were read at one time as a random number recorded under the number. 3. Sorting: Serialize all random numbers from smallest to largest, and record the serial number corresponding to each random number in the table. 4. Grouping: specify serial numbers 1-31 as the control group, 32-62 as the upper limb rehabilitation robot group, and 63-93 as the combined group.
