研究目的：

本研究拟通过回顾性分析就诊我院发热门诊的新冠患者的临床表现及辅助检查资料，主要目的是总结其临床特点；次要目的：探究发热门诊接诊时合理化的诊治流程，如肺部 CT 选择的时机、抗病毒药物及糖皮质激素类药物的选择等，为未来可能出现的疫情反复提供参考依据

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to retrospectively analyze the clinical manifestations and auxiliary examinations of COVID-19 patients in our hospital's fever clinic. The main purpose is to summarize their clinical characteristics. The secondary purpose is to explore the rational diagnosis and treatment process when receiving patients in the fever clinic, such as the timing of selecting lung CT, the selection of antiviral drugs and glucocorticoids, etc., in order to provide reference for possible future outbreaks.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.明确混杂其余病原体（如细菌、真菌、其余病毒等）感染或混杂其余可能发热因素的复杂患者； 2.发热病程超过2周者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients with unclear mixed infections with other pathogens (such as bacteria, fungi, other viruses, etc.) or mixed with other possible fever causes; 2.Patients with a fever lasting more than 2 weeks.
