研究目的：

本研究探讨中医药治疗孤立性肺小结节证候分布特点，比较各证候之间临床疗效差异，评价实验室检验指标与临床疗效等的相关性，探索引起孤立性肺小结节变化的可能相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The study explores the clinical characteristics of the treatment of solitary small pulmonary nodule in Chinese medicine, compares the clinical efficacy differences between the syndromes, evaluates the correlation between laboratory test indicators and clinical efficacy, and explores the possible influencing factors of solitary small pulmonary nodule.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.多发肺结节患者；2.肺结节直径>8mm～3cm的患者；3.严重肺部疾病影响临床评价的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with multiple pulmonary nodules;
2. Patients with pulmonary nodule diameter>8mm3cm;
3. Patients with severe pulmonary disease affecting clinical evaluation.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

原始记录数据以纸质版保存于华东医院中医科，同时录入EXCEL以电子版形式保存于华东医院中医科,最终通过ResMan上传。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The raw data which were recorded using papers and EXCEL would be saved in department of TCM of huadong hospital affiliated to fudan university, and would finally be uploaded through ResMan.
