研究目的：

提高脑干卒中后吞咽障碍患者的康复效果，并推广一套具有广泛实用性的脑干卒中后吞咽障碍患者的治疗处方，以期为进行个体化康复治疗与情绪干预提供方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To improve the rehabilitation effect of swallowing disorders after brainstem stroke and promote a set of widely practical treatment prescriptions for brainstem stroke swallowing disorders, to provide a plan for personalized rehabilitation treatment and emotional intervention.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有心肺功能代偿不全、传染性疾病、发热、身体极度衰弱和各种出血倾向者，近一周癫痫大发作者； 2.多发脑梗死病灶，皮质、小脑、丘脑等部位病灶； 3.既往有脑出血、蛛网膜下 腔出血、脑肿瘤、脑外伤及其他神经精神系统病史； 4.既往鼻咽癌放疗、头颈癌病变患者； 5.既往有吞咽困难病史；合并有认知功能障碍、失语； 6.有严重心肺肾并发症； 7.不能配合检查与治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with decompensated cardiovascular function, infectious diseases, fever, extreme physical weakness, and various bleeding tendencies, who have experienced a major outbreak of epilepsy in the past week; 2. Multiple cerebral infarction lesions, including lesions in the cortex, cerebellum, and thalamus; 3. Previous history of cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, brain tumors, traumatic brain injury, and other neurological and psychiatric disorders; 4. Patients with previous nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy and head and neck cancer lesions; 5. Previous history of swallowing difficulties; Combined with cognitive impairment and aphasia; 6. Having serious cardiovascular, pulmonary, and renal complications; 7. Those who cannot cooperate with the examination and treatment.
