研究目的：

1）了解老年糖尿病人群血糖波动的现状。 2）通过横断面的研究，探索血糖波动与老年患者认知功能下降之间是否存在相关性，并通过血清标记物，了解其可能的联系机制，包括胰岛素抵抗，慢性炎症，氧化应激等。 3）建立老年糖尿病人群血糖波动的随访机制，了解血糖波动对认知功能影响的长期机制，并建立数据库。

Objectives of Study：

1) to understand the current situation of blood sugar fluctuation in elderly diabetics; 2) through a cross-sectional study, explore the cognitive function decline in elderly patients with blood glucose fluctuation and the relationship between, and the serum markers to evaluate the possible contact mechanism, including insulin resistance, inflammation, oxidative stress; 3) to establish the follow-up mechanism of blood glucose fluctuation in elderly diabetic patients, and to understand the long-term mechanism of the effect of blood glucose fluctuation on cognitive function and establish a database.

排除标准：排除意识障碍、谵妄，排除假性痴呆(抑郁等导致 ) 以及短暂意识混乱和智能下降(药物、毒物等导致）

Exclusive criteria: excluding consciousness disorder, delirium, excluding pseudo dementia (depression, etc.), as well as brief conscious confusion and mental decline (drugs, poisons, etc)
