本研究主要目标为通过随机对照临床试验，评价干预措施对提高避孕率，降低产后非意愿妊娠率和人工流产率的效果  

Objectives of Study：

The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of intervention measures on improving the contraceptive rate and reducing the risk of unintended pregnancy and induced abortion, through a randomized controlled clinical trial.

排除标准：

1. 有影响产后随访的健康问题和/或精神问题者
2. 有书写障碍或有语言表达障碍者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with any serious health problems and/or mental disorders that may affect subjects' investigation and follow-up;
2. Have dysgraphia or language expression disorder.
