研究目的：

通过临床研究观察及评估连续视程IOL植入患者的视觉质量，比较连续视程IOL、多焦点IOL及单焦点IOL在视觉质量方面的差异性，并进一步探讨连续视程IOL在白内障合并老视患者视觉质量提高方面的优势

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to observe the visual outcomes of extended depth of focus intraocular lenses and to compare the differences of the visual performance of these three kinds of intraocular lenses,extended depth of focus, bifocal and monofocal intraocular lenses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

植入连续视程IOL、多焦点IOL及单焦点IOL

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Implantation of extended depth of focus,bifocal and monofocal intraocular lenses during cataract surgery

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

合并严重影响术后视力的眼部疾病；术前角膜散光≥1.0D；正在使用或研究期间需要使用眼部或全身性的药物可能会影响视力的患者；存在眼部外伤史、晶状体悬韧带异常、瞳孔异常、既往行角膜屈光手术史等患者；同时参加其他药物或医疗器械临床试验者；研究者判断患者不适合入选的其它情况

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other serious coexisting ocular disease, preoperative corneal astigmatism more than 1.0 diopter,and a history of trauma, zonular weakness, abnormal pupil, previous corneal refractive surgery and other researchers judged excluded patients
