评估起搏器植入是否能降低持续性房颤合并心室停顿患者心源性猝死发生率和改善生活治疗  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate whether pacemaker implantation provides long-term protection against sudden cardiac death and improves the QOL of persistent atrial fibrillation patients with ventricular pauses.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）缺乏生活自理能力或生理、语言功能障碍；（2）使用已知的影响RR间期药物，包括洋地黄、钙离子拮抗剂、β受体阻滞剂、III类抗心律失常药物

Exclusion criteria：

(1) lack of ability to care for life or physical, language dysfunction;
(2) using the known RR interphase the influence of drugs, including digitalis, calcium channel blockers, beta blockers, class III anti-arrhythmic drugs
