研究目的：

纳入全院2023年1月-2024年1月，来自10余所不同高校康复治疗及相关专业的本科实习生、规培生及进修生200人作为试验组，对照组为2022年同期学生相关数据指标的回顾性分析；对我院科教科管理人员及10个临床康复科室的3名带教老师（按初级、中级、高级职称纳入）自2023年1月-12月的，做一个月的带教时间及工作量做曲线记录表，并与2022年同期做数据对比分析。同时考核带教满意度、教学师资能力督导得分。  

Objectives of Study：

From January 2023 to January 2024, 200 undergraduate interns, trainees, and advanced students from over 10 different universities in rehabilitation treatment and related majors were included as the experimental group, while the control group was a retrospective analysis of relevant data indicators for students in the same period of 2022; A curve recording table was made for the teaching time and workload of our hospital's science and education department management personnel and three teaching teachers (including junior, intermediate, and senior professional titles) from January to December 2023, and the data was compared and analyzed with the same period in 2022. Simultaneously assess the satisfaction of teaching staff and the score of teaching faculty ability supervision.
