1 探讨变应性鼻炎的发病机制；2 通过临床鼻窦炎、鼻息肉活检标本，质谱分析进行蛋白质组学研究；3 与正常鼻粘膜组织比较，特异性蛋白质功能研究  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis; 2. Proteomic analysis of nasosinusitis and nasal polyps biopsy specimens; 3. eludicate the role of specific protein in the nasosinusitis and nasal polyps.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1 肾功能不全患者；2 怀孕或哺乳期的女性；3 治疗前3个月内接种过活疫苗者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with renal insufficiency;
2. Pregnant or lactating women;
3. Those who were vaccinated within three months.
