研究目的：

为了解决喉罩对位不良、喉罩置入喉部和声门部狭窄、喉罩使用过程中因肌松消退或麻醉减浅后声门关闭所致的通气梗阻，我们设想经喉罩通气管将自制声门导管（气管导管制作）放置声带之间，在喉罩通气管和气管之间形成一通畅的通气径路，解决上述原因导致的喉罩通气梗阻问题。  

Objectives of Study：

To solve the ventilation obstruction caused by alignment of LMA, stenosis of the larynx and glottis after LMA insertion and closure of the glottis because of muscle relaxation fade or light anesthesia, the self-made glottic duct made from tracheal tube is placed between the glottis and a smooth ventilation path is created between the LMA ventilation channel and the trachea anterior end.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

BMI≥30 kg/m2，上消化道重建，肺、胸膜和胸廓疾病，口咽喉部疾病，张口困难。

Exclusion criteria：

BMI >= 30 kg/m2, risk of gastric refux or aspiration, respiratory disease, oropharyngeal diseases, mouth opening difficulty.
