研究目的：

通过本试验对比超声引导联合激光定位辅助桡动脉穿刺与超声引导“动态针尖法”桡动脉穿刺技术，验证本项改进的优越性与可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the superiority and feasibility of this improvement by comparing ultrasound-guided combined laser positioning-assisted radial artery puncture with ultrasound-guided "dynamic needle tip method" radial artery puncture.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 改良Allen试验阳性或30天内进行过桡动脉穿刺置管； 2. 妊娠期、哺乳期妇女； 3. 麻醉后出现血流动力学不稳定需要药物干预； 4. 术中需要使用拟穿刺侧前臂的情况； 5. 由于智力或行为障碍不能给予充分知情同意者； 6. 动脉穿刺区域有皮肤缺损或其他情况不耐受超声穿刺。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Positive modified Allen test or radial artery puncture and catheterization within 30 days; 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Hemodynamic instability after anesthesia requires drug intervention; 4. The forearm on the side to be punctured needs to be used during the operation; 5. Those who are unable to give fully informed consent due to intellectual or behavioral disabilities; 6. There are skin defects in the arterial puncture area or other conditions that do not tolerate ultrasonic puncture.
