研究目的：

通过对二胎孕妇在产前进行母乳喂养自我效能的调查，描述此群体母乳喂养效能现状，探讨影响母乳喂养自我效能的因素，以便在产前能针对性的进行教育干预和改进，提高产后纯母乳喂养率和母乳喂养持续时间，利于产妇及新生儿及近期和远期健康。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the investigating the prenatal breastfeeding self-efficacy in two pregnant women , describing the current situation of this group of breastfeeding self-efficacy, and exploring the influencing factors of breastfeeding self-efficacy, Education intervention and improvement can be targeted in the prenatal period, which can improve the rate of breast-feeding after delivery and the duration of breast feeding and has benefits to maternal and neonatal's recent and long-term health.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

初次妊娠孕妇；不愿采取母乳喂养的孕妇；因某些特殊原因不能进行母乳喂养者（如有母乳喂养禁忌症等）；非自愿参与本次研究的孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

The women was primigravid and be not willing breast feeding which include all factors.
