研究目的：

本研究旨在通过产前手挤奶初乳收集指导，探讨产前手挤奶初乳收集对产妇产后泌乳启动、泌乳建立，以及产后3d、14d、1个月、6个月纯母乳喂养率的影响，同时观察干预前后孕产妇的母乳喂养自我效能得分及哺乳期乳房相关症状的发生情况，为优化母乳喂养健康教育模式、健康教育内容提供思路与参考。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of prenatal hand milking colostrum collection on the initiation and establishment of postpartum lactation, as well as the pure breastfeeding rate at 3, 14, 1, and 6 months postpartum, through guidance on prenatal hand milking colostrum collection. At the same time, to observe the self-efficacy score of breastfeeding and the occurrence of breast related symptoms in pregnant women before and after intervention, in order to optimize the breastfeeding health education model Provide ideas and references for health education content.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

经产妇；非自然受孕；孕妇乳头扁平或内陷；有乳房手术史；严重妊娠合并症和（或）并发症；胎儿生长受限；沟通存在障碍或有某些精神疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Menopausal women; Non natural conception; Flat or inverted nipples in pregnant women; Have a history of breast surgery; Severe pregnancy complications and/or complications; Fetal growth restriction; Communication barriers or certain mental illnesses.
