研究目的：

高频电切术、EMR在治疗上充分体现了内镜微创的优势。可以为广大患者解除病痛，节省医疗费用，提高患者术后生活质量。申请者所在的科室内镜治疗水平一直处于国内前列，高频电切术、EMR技术早已普遍开展，但是目前国内外的相关文献中关于术后的饮食控制方案尚存争议，现有的临床指南中也并没有明确制定术后饮食的标准方案，尤其是对于直径较小的息肉，术后的禁食是否必要有待进一步研究。本课题旨在通过对肠息肉直径<2cm且数量<5个高频电切术、EMR术后患者予以禁食和正常饮食两种饮食方案，以明确术后禁食及正常饮食对于小息肉切除术后并发症发生率、患者不良反应及住院天数等指标的影响，从而确立高频电切术、EMR术后标准的饮食方案，完善相关的临床指南。  

Objectives of Study：

High frequency electrotomy and EMR have fully demonstrated the advantages of endoscopic minimally invasive treatment. It can relieve the pain, save medical expenses and improve the quality of life of the patients. Applicants in the department of endoscopic treatment level has been in the domestic front, the high frequency electric cutting technique, EMR technology already widely carried out, but in the related literature at home and abroad about postoperative diet control scheme of the controversial, existing in the clinical guidelines are not clear to make standard scheme of postoperative diet, especially for small diameter polyps, postoperative fasting is necessary to further research. This topic aims to intestinal polyps < 2 cm in diameter and number of < 5 high frequency electric cutting operation, postoperative patients with EMR shall be fasting and normal diet two eating plan, in order to make clear the postoperative fasting and normal diet for patients with complications after small polyps resection, adverse reaction and the influence of the index such as the number of days in hospital, to establish the high frequency electric cutting technique and EMR postoperative standard diet plan, perfect the relevant clinical guidelines.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①肛管直肠狭窄、内窥镜无法插入及肛管直肠急性期感染或有疼痛性病灶，如肛裂、肛周脓肿等；
②腹腔、 盆腔手术后早期，怀疑有穿孔、肠瘘或广泛腹腔粘连者，有腹膜刺激症状的患者，如肠穿孔、腹膜炎等；
③月经期、妊娠期妇女；
④合并心、脑血管、肝、肾和造血系统严重原发性疾病，精神障碍患者；
⑤伴有结直肠癌等其它恶性肿瘤的患者
⑥糖尿病患者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Anorectal stenosis, endoscope cannot be inserted and anal canal rectal acute stage infection or have painful lesions, such as anal fissure, perianal abscess and so on;
2. Early abdominal cavity, pelvic surgery, suspected perforation, intestinal fistula or extensive abdominal cavity adhesion, patients with peritoneal irritation symptoms, such as intestinal perforation, peritonitis, etc;
3. Menstrual period, pregnancy women;
4. Patients with severe primary disease, such as heart disease, cerebral vessels, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
5. Patients with other malignant tumors such as colorectal cancer;
6. diabetes mellitus.
