研究目的:

本项目期望通过收集IPF患者的肺部CT影像,对CT影像资料的肺部切割,特征区域识别,三维立体重建,借助人工智能深度学习算法,识别关键影像特征。结合病史、各类检查等临床资料,借助机器学习算法筛选特征,构建多模态的IPF临床预后模型。实现对IPF生存进展的预测,促进对IPF患者临床进展的有效认识,积极采取分层次的治疗方案,改善不良的治疗预后,延长患者的生存时间,提高患者的生活质量。同时可以根据本模型对肺部CT、肺功能等各项生理指标检查结果的评估,针对不同的患者采取更具有针对性的治疗手段,例如:抗纤维化药物治疗或进行肺移植的评估,以期待收获更佳的预后结果。  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to collect lung CT images of IPF patients, perform lung segmentation, feature area recognition, 3D reconstruction of CT image data, and identify key image features using artificial intelligence deep learning algorithms. By combining clinical data such as medical history and various examinations, and using machine learning algorithms to screen features, a multimodal clinical prognosis model for IPF is constructed. Realize prediction of the survival progress of IPF, promote effective understanding of the clinical progress of IPF patients, actively adopt hierarchical treatment plans, improve poor treatment prognosis, extend patient survival time, and improve patient quality of life. At the same time, based on the evaluation of various physiological indicators such as lung CT and lung function using this model, more targeted treatment methods can be adopted for different patients, such as anti fibrotic drug treatment or evaluation of lung transplantation, in order to expect better prognosis results.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1)患者伴有已知病因,如结缔组织病、慢性过敏性肺炎、吸烟相关性间质性肺病、结节病、肺尘埃沉着病、石棉肺和郎格汉斯细胞组织细胞增多症 2)风湿免疫指标出现抗核抗体为着丝点型/核仁型阳性 3)患者存在风险因素暴露,如明确的职业暴露史等 4)患者HRCT较模糊 5)患者基线时合并感染且纤维化病灶在治疗后短时间内消失

Exclusion criteria:

1)Subjects were diagnosed with known etiology, such as connective tissue disease, chronic hypersensitivity pneumonitis, smoke-related interstitial lung disease, sarcoidosis, pneumoconiosis, asbestos lung, and Langerhans cell histiocytosis 2)If the subject conforms to antinuclear antibody (ANA) is a nucleolar pattern or centromere pattern positive 3)Subjects have risk factors exposure such as occupational exposure 4)Subjects’ HRCT is too vague to analyze 5)Subjects combined with infection at baseline and the fibrotic lesions were cured soon after treatment
