研究目的:

验证糖尿病治疗的新靶点,对2型糖尿病患者粪便中的阿克曼氏菌进行定量检测,并通过让受试者口服益生元的方式提高阿克曼氏菌丰度,持续观察糖尿病患者的餐后2小时血糖值。本课题的研究成果将为治疗2型糖尿病提供新的靶点和思路。  

Objectives of Study:

To validate a new target for diabetes treatment, quantitatively detect Akermannia in feces of patients with type 2 diabetes, improve the abundance of Akermannia by giving subjects oral prebiotics, and continuously observe the 2-hour postprandial blood glucose value of patients with diabetes. The research results of this subject will provide new targets and ideas for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.确诊为1型糖尿病或患有严重的糖尿病并发症,如糖尿病足、糖尿病肾病等; 2.最近一次血压测量中,收缩压>180mmHg 或舒张压>110mmHg; 3.近半年发生过严重心脑血管疾病或动脉硬化性疾病史; 4.有严重肝脏疾病(AST(谷草转氨酶)、ALT(谷丙转氨酶)或 TBIL(总胆红素)>2倍正常参考值上限)或肾脏疾病(Cr(肌酐)>1.5倍正常参考值上限); 5.患有血液病或肿瘤; 6.孕妇或正在备孕者; 7.患有精神方面的疾病; 8.不能或不同意签署知情同意书; 9.在筛选期前30天内参与过其他临床研究; 10.生活不能自理。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes or with severe complications of diabetes, such as diabetic foot or diabetic kidney disease; 2. In the last blood pressure measurement, systolic blood pressure > 180mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 110mmHg; 3. Have a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases or arteriosclerotic diseases in the past six months; 4. Have severe liver disease (AST (ASpartate aminotransferase), ALT (alanine aminotransferase) or TBIL (total bilirubin) > 2 times the upper limit of normal reference value) or kidney disease (Cr (creatinine) > 1.5 times the upper limit of normal reference value); 5. Have a blood disease or tumor; 6. Pregnant or trying to become pregnant; 7. Suffers from mental illness; 8. Cannot or does not agree to sign the informed consent; 9. Participated in other clinical studies within 30 days prior to the screening period; 10. You can't take care of yourself.

1.观察期(第1天至第2天):根据本方案规定的纳入与排除标准,对50例受试者进行为期2天的日常饮食习惯及餐后2小时血糖值观察。 2.干预期(第3天至第5天):对受试者进行为期3天的低能量平衡饮食干预及早中晚餐后2小时血糖值的观察。 3.试验期(第6天至第14天):对受试者保持低能量平衡饮食干预的同时,受试者午餐和晚餐餐后1小时内分别食用优糖2g/次,并记录早中晚的餐后2小时血糖值。

Intervention:

1. Observation period (day 1 to day 2): According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria stipulated in this protocol, 50 subjects were observed on their daily eating habits and blood glucose levels 2 hours after meals for 2 days. 2. Intervention period (day 3 to day 5): The subjects were subjected to a 3-day low-energy balanced diet intervention to observe the blood glucose values of 2 hours after lunch and dinner. 3. Trial period (day 6 to day 14): While maintaining the low-energy balanced diet intervention, the subjects ate 2g of optimal sugar within 1 hour after lunch and dinner, respectively, and recorded the blood glucose values of morning, middle and evening for 2 hours after dinner.
