研究目的：

1.主要目的：采用信息-动机-行为技巧框架基于交互设备干预后，研究对象形成良好的膳食、体力活动、戒烟、限酒、睡眠行为和心理健康，对预防和控制代谢综合征进展起到作用；形成信息-动机-行为技巧框架的健康行为干预方案。 2.次要目的：干预方案在其他研究人群中推广应用，改变更广泛人群的健康行为。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main purpose: Using the information motivation behavioral skills framework based on interactive devices, the study subjects will develop good dietary, physical activity, smoking cessation, alcohol restriction, sleep behavior, and mental health, which will play a role in preventing and controlling the progression of metabolic syndrome; A health behavior intervention plan that forms a framework of information motivation behavioral skills. 2. Secondary objective: To promote the application of intervention plans in other study populations and change the health behavior of a wider population.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有既往心脑血管疾病史； 2.患有恶性肿瘤患者； 3.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 4.参与其他类似试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a previous history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 2. Patients with malignant tumors; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Participate in other similar experiments.
