研究目的：

通过对比使用两种注射载体行发泡试验的阳性率，来判断新型注射载体能否替代原有注射载体。  

Objectives of Study：

By comparing the positive rates of contrast-enhanced transcranial Doppler using two injection carriers, to determine whether the new injection carrier can replace the original syringe.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

在安静和行valsaval动作时，分别使用两种注射载体各推注一次激活盐水。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Inject activated saline once during dark quietand and vasalva movements,respectively.
