本研究拟开发一种可靠的预测模型，该模型将能够根据患儿的临床指标、手术类型、术后恢复情况等临床资料预测术后喂养的耐受性，为个体化的喂养建议和治疗策略提供依据，帮助临床更好地管理术后喂养问题，并改善患儿的康复效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to develop a reliable predictive model that can forecast postoperative feeding tolerance based on clinical indicators, surgical procedures, postoperative recovery status, and other clinical data of the patients. This model will serve as a basis for personalized feeding recommendations and treatment strategies, aiding in the improved management of postoperative feeding issues and enhancing the recovery outcomes for the patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重窒息或呼吸衰竭综合征、严重先天性心脏病、严重肝肾疾病、遗传代谢性疾病、中枢神经发育不良、缺氧缺血性脑病或严重颅内出血。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Neonates with severe asphyxia or respiratory distress syndrome, severe congenital heart disease, severe liver or kidney disease, genetic metabolic disorders, central nervous system developmental abnormalities, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, or severe intracranial hemorrhage will be excluded.
