研究目的：

比较宫腔镜下子宫憩室整复术与期待治疗后子宫憩室合并不孕患者的妊娠结果。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the pregnancy outcomes in women with uterus cesarean scar defect after hysteroscopic niche resection versus expectant management.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有明确的手术或麻醉（全麻或局麻）禁忌证； 2.已确定的妊娠； 3.3个月内接受过相关影响观察指标的治疗措施； 4.合并宫颈上皮内病变、盆腔急性感染或慢性感染急性发作、可疑或确定的恶性肿瘤或合并需要切除的病变（子宫内膜非典型细胞）、凝血功能异常、与宫腔交通的输卵管积水； 5.排卵障碍、输卵管性不孕、子宫内膜异位症、子宫粘膜下肌瘤引起的不孕； 6.合并有手术指征的子宫肌瘤、卵巢肿瘤； 7.存在妊娠禁忌证。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindication to surgery or anaesthesia (general or local); 2. Established pregnancy; 3. Relevant treatment affecting the observed indicators within 3 months; 4. Combined cervical dysplasia, acute infection of the pelvis or acute attack of chronic infection, suspected or known malignancy or combined benign lesions requiring hysterectomy ( atypical endometrial cells), dysfunction of coagulation,hydrosalpinx communicating with the uterus; 5. Infertility caused by ovulatory dysfunction, tubal disorders, endometriosis and submucosal fibroids; 6. With myomas and oophoritic cyst that should be treated by operation; 7. Contraindication to pregnancy.
