本研究探讨了慈心冥想对医生情绪、沟通焦虑、信任、感召和防御性医疗的影响，为进一步理解仁爱冥想影响医生防御性医疗的内在机制提供了新的理论视角。  

Objectives of Study：

This study explores the influence mechanism of Loving-Kindness Meditation on employees' mindfulness, positive emotion, altruism and knowledge hiding, and provides a new theoretical perspective for further understanding the internal mechanism of Loving-Kindness Meditation on employees' knowledge hiding.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有精神病史或存在精神障碍疾病； 2.正在服用精神类药物； 3.无固定雇主及自由业工作； 4.过去一年或目前正在进行任何形式的心理干预者； 5.既往进行过任何形式的冥想训练。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous history of mental illness or mental disorders; 2. Taking psychotropic drugs; 3. No fixed employer and freelance work; 4. Those who have engaged in any form of psychological intervention in the past year or currently; 5. Have engaged in any form of prior meditation training.
