研究目的：

本研究旨在现有常规护理模式的基础上，探究以泌乳顾问为主导实施链式管理的模式进行早产儿的母乳喂养管理，促进各环节力量的协作，全程系统、连续、个性化的进行早产儿的母乳喂养管理。通过对照研究，评价早产儿在院内和院外的母乳喂养相关指标、早产儿的并发症情况、住院时长、母亲的母乳喂养自我效能、产后抑郁程度等指标。以探索泌乳顾问的积极作用和工作模式，并为今后制定从早产儿入院到出院后的母乳喂养支持方案提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the existing routine nursing model, this study aims to explore the implementation of chain management mode led by lactation consultants for breastfeeding management of premature infants, promote the collaboration of various links, and conduct systematic, continuous and personalized breastfeeding management of premature infants throughout the whole process. Through a controlled study, indicators related to breastfeeding in and out of hospital, complications of preterm infants, length of stay, mothers' breastfeeding self-efficacy and postpartum depression were evaluated. In order to explore the positive role and working mode of lactation consultants, and provide a basis for the future development of breastfeeding support programs from admission to discharge of premature infants.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并影响生活质量的心、肝、肾等其他严重疾病产妇； 2.既往有严重精神病史或心理疾病史； 3.入院当天已进入产程者； 4.有严重影响母乳喂养疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Maternal women with other serious diseases such as heart, liver, and kidney that affect their quality of life; 2. Have a history of severe mental illness or mental illness in the past; 3. Those who have entered labor on the day of admission; 4. Individuals with serious breastfeeding related illnesses
