To evaluate the clinical efficacy of self-expanding metal stents in endoscopic necrosectomy of infected walled-off pancreatic necrosis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.病灶包裹欠佳； 2.穿刺路径有重要脏器相邻； 3.严重心肺、凝血功能障碍等； 4.拒绝签署同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Poor encapsulation of the necrosis; 2. Significant adjacent organs along the puncture path; 3. Severe cardiovascular or pulmonary dysfunction, coagulation disorders, etc.; 4. Refusal to sign the consent form.
