研究目的：

1. 初步制定垂体腺瘤日间手术的规范标准。 2. 评估垂体腺瘤日间手术的流程技术细节。 2. 探讨神经内镜经鼻蝶垂体腺瘤日间手术的安全性、有效性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To develop the preliminary protocol for day surgery of pituitary adenomas; 2. To assess the technical details of the procedure for day surgery of pituitary adenomas; 3. To explore the safety, efficacy and feasibility of day surgery of neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal pituitary. adenoma

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a. 手术区域存在感染或炎症者；
b. 严重并发症疾病（心脏疾病、血液系统、呼吸系统、消化系统等）患者；
c. 精神病或严重心理疾病患者；
d. 女性6个月内有育儿计划、处于妊娠期或哺乳期的患者；
e. 研究者认为其他不适合入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Infection or inflammation in the surgical area;
2. Serious complications of disease (heart disease, blood system, respiratory system, digestive system, etc.) patients;
3. Patients with mental illness or serious mental illness;
4. Female within 6 months of child care program, in pregnancy or lactation patients;
5. Other patients who were considered unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
