研究目的：

探讨急性脑梗死合并类风湿关节炎患者发病早期联合小剂量甲泼尼龙治疗对患者脑神经功能及血流动力学的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effect of early combined treatment with low dose methylprednisolone on Cranial nerves function and hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction complicated with rheumatoid arthritis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）存在其他风湿免疫疾病；（2）存在脑部出血、肿瘤、外伤等；（3）出现严重的肝肾功能障碍、心功能不全、凝血机制异常、消化道出血等疾病；（4）对甲泼尼龙片不耐受或病情变化需调整药物；（5）未能坚持服药或配合复诊工作。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Existence of other rheumatic immune diseases; (2) Presence of cerebral hemorrhage, tumors, trauma, etc; (3) Severe liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiac insufficiency, abnormal coagulation mechanisms, gastrointestinal bleeding, and other diseases occur; (4) The medication needs to be adjusted due to intolerance to methylprednisolone tablets or changes in the condition; (5) Failure to adhere to medication or cooperate with follow-up work.
