通过比较[68Ga]-Exendin-4和[68Ga]-DOTANOC PET/CT的显像结果，对比研究两者对胰岛素瘤的诊断效能差异，并通过对比病理分级、肿瘤高危因素以及预后信息进一步了解两者对于胰岛素瘤生物学行为的预测价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To comparative study the diagnostic efficiency of [68Ga]-Exendin-4 and [68Ga]-DOTANOC PET/CT for insulinoma, and further to predict the biological behavior of insulinoma through comparing the pathological grade, tumor risk factors and outcomes.

排除标准：

1.妊娠期妇女; 2.不愿意参加该临床试验或者未签署之情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women; 2. Patients who are unwilling to participate in the clinical trial or have not signed the consent form.
