研究目的：

1.调查肿瘤患者在CVAD决策过程中的决策现状，包括决策倾向、决策冲突现状、决策自我效能等，并分析其影响因素，为后续构建基于ODSF的CVAD决策辅助工具提供事实依据。 2.探究肿瘤患者在CVAD决策过程中的情感体验与决策态度，并深入挖掘其决策需求，为后续构建基于ODSF的CVAD决策辅助工具提供参考依据。 3.通过构建基于ODSF理论基础的肿瘤患者CVAD决策辅助工具，为肿瘤患者行CVAD决策提供支持与帮助，也为打造中国本土化决策辅助工具数据库提供思路，进一步推动中国SDM理论和实践的研究发展。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Investigate the decision-making status of cancer patients in the CVAD decision-making process, including decision-making tendencies, decision-making conflicts, decision-making self-efficacy, etc., and analyze their influencing factors to provide factual basis for the subsequent construction of ODSF based CVAD decision-making assistance tools. 2.Explore the emotional experience and decision-making attitude of cancer patients in the CVAD decision-making process, and deeply explore their decision-making needs, providing reference basis for the subsequent construction of ODSF based CVAD decision-making assistance tools. 3.By constructing a cancer patient CVAD decision aid based on the ODSF theory, we provide support and assistance for tumor patients in making CVAD decisions, and also provide ideas for building a Chinese localization patient decision aids, further promoting the research and development of SDM theory and practice in China.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）病情恶化或伴有严重躯体疾病。 （2）不予配合。 （3）病情保密。 （4）弱势群体，包括精神疾病者、认知损伤者、危重患者、未成年人、孕妇、文盲等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The condition worsens or is accompanied by severe physical illness. (2) Not cooperating. (3) Keep the condition confidential. (4) Vulnerable groups, including individuals with mental illness, cognitive impairment, critically ill patients, minors, pregnant women, illiteracy, etc.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.对纳入的研究对象发放纸质问卷：①采用自编的患者一般资料问卷调查其基本信息；②采用决策相关量表调查肿瘤患者CVAD决策的结局指标。 2.数据分析：利用Excel表格建立数据库，双人平行整理、录入并核对问卷及量表所得到的数据资料，最终导入SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. Distribute paper questionnaires to the included research subjects: ① Use a self-made patient general information questionnaire to investigate their basic information; ② Using decision related scales to investigate the outcome indicators of CVAD decision-making in cancer patients. 2. Data analysis: Establish a database using Excel spreadsheets, organize, input, and verify the data obtained from the questionnaire and scale in parallel, and finally import it into SPSS 22.0 software for statistical analysis.
