研究目的：

应用磁共振检查构建三维阴道分娩模型，预测阴道分娩成功率，并且比较该模型与既往的骨盆径线测量预测阴道分娩模型预测阴道分娩的准确性。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a three-dimension model in which pelvis and fetal head are reconstructeda to determine whether the fetal head could pass through the bony birth canal. To compare the predictive value of our model with previous pelvimetry model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

第一部分： 1.拒绝阴道试产及未行骨盆 MRI 者； 2.分娩过程中因其他因素如胎盘早剥、宫腔感染及胎儿窘迫等非头盆不称因素而行剖宫产者。 第二部分： 1.拒绝阴道试产及行骨盆 MRI 者； 2.存在骨盆 MRI 检查禁忌症； 3.分娩前拒绝阴道试产而行选择性剖宫产者； 4.产程中因胎儿窘迫、宫腔感染等非头盆不称原因行急诊剖宫产者。

Exclusion criteria：

Part 1: 1. Women who refused vaginal delivery and pelvic MRI; 2. Women underwent cesarean section during labor for other reasons except cephalopelvic disproportion. Part 2: 1. Women who refused vaginal delivery and pelvic MRI; 2. Women with contraindications for MRI; 3. Women refuse vaginal delivery and ask for cesarean section; 4. Women underwent cesarean section during labor for other reasons except cephalopelvic disproportion.
