研究目的：

评估iEPNI的颈部预防性照射策略能否在不影响区域控制的同时，明显降低治疗相关毒性，保存患者的免疫功能。  

Objectives of Study：

Evaluating whether the individualized elective prophylactic neck irradiation is able to reduce treatment-related toxicity withoue imparing survival outcomes and immune function.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往患其它恶性肿瘤（除I期非黑色素性皮肤癌或子宫颈原位癌外）； 2.怀孕或哺乳期妇女，育龄妇女未避孕； 3.正在接受其它药物试验； 4.有严重的合并症，包括心肌梗死、严重的心率失常、严重的脑血管病、溃疡病、精神病和不可控制的糖尿病等； 5.无定期随诊条件。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous cancer history (exclusion of stage I skin melanoma or carcinoma in situ of endometrium); 2. During pregnancy of breastfeeding period, or childbearing age do not use contraception; 3. In the period of other drug clinical trial; 4. With other severe complication such as severe myocardial infarction, cardiac arhythmia, cerebral vascular disease,canker, ental disease, or uncontrolled diabetes; 5. Without available follow-up condition.
