Objectives of Study：

This study aims to assess the effects of 8-week virtual reality training on balance and lower extremity muscle strength in adolescents with intellectual disability.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.任何运动禁忌症；2.严重的智力、视觉和听力障碍；3.任何肌肉骨骼、神经、心血管或呼吸系统疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1.any contraindications to exercise; 2.severe intellectual, visual and hearing disability; 3.any musculoskeletal, neurological, cardiovascular or respiratory system disorders.
