研究目的：

随COVID-19爆发性流行，持续性COVID后综合征对新冠后时代医疗卫生服务的要求逐渐提升。COVID-19后肺纤维化（PCPF）是持续性COVID后综合征的临床表现之一，目前对轻型COVID-19患者PCPF的发生发展情况研究较少，而轻型患者在COVID-19患者中占比最大，故此类人群的PCPF发病风险、危险因素、评价标准应该加以关注。  

Objectives of Study：

With the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic, persistent post-COVID syndrome has gradually raised the demand for healthcare services in the post-coronary era. Post-COVID-19 pulmonary fibrosis (PCPF) is one of the clinical manifestations of persistent post-COVID syndrome, and there are fewer studies on the incidence and development of PCPF in patients with light COVID-19, which accounts for the COVID-19 patients account for the largest proportion of patients, so the risk, risk factors, and evaluation criteria for the development of PCPF in this population should be paid attention to.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.中、重及危重型感染患者； 2.既往肺间质性疾病、结缔组织相关性疾病、存在诱发肺间质改变高危因素（如使用胺碘酮、博来霉素、甲氨蝶呤、卡马西平等药物，接受肿瘤放、化疗）患者； 3.既往使用抗纤维化药物（如吡非尼酮、尼达尼布）患者； 4.不明确既往是否感染SARS-CoV-2、对症状及病程描述不清者； 5.电话失访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with moderate, severe and critically ill infections; 2. Patients with previous interstitial lung diseases, connective tissue-related diseases, patients with risk factors for interstitial lung changes (e.g., use of amiodarone, bleomycin, methotrexate, carbamazepine, etc., and tumor radiation and radiotherapy); 3. Patients with previous use of antifibrotic drugs (e.g., pirfenidone, nidazepam); 4. Patients with unclear previous SARS-CoV-2 infections and unclear descriptions of their symptoms and course of the disease; 5. Patients with missed telephone calls.
