研究目的：

1.探讨补充精氨酸联合鱼油老年肌少症人群肌肉质量和肌肉功能的影响，分析肌少症影响因素，为肌少症的防治措施提供科学依据； 2.确定精氨酸联合鱼油对C2C12肌管中肌肉蛋白质合成、蛋白质分解和信号通路的不同影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effects of arginine supplementation combined with fish oil on muscle mass and muscle function in elderly patients with sarcopenia, analyze the influencing factors of sarcopenia, and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment measures of sarcopenia; 2. To determine the different effects of arginine combined with fish oil on muscle protein synthesis, protein breakdown, and signaling pathways in C2C12 myotubes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有严重的认知障碍、精神疾病等导致无法正常参加测试者； 2.患有心脏病（包括装有起搏器、心脏支架）、置入人工关节等不能参加身体成分测试和体力指标测试者； 3.合并心、肝、肾等脏器严重功能障碍者； 4.合并吞咽进食困难者； 5.长期服用甲状腺药物、类固醇和雌孕激素等药物； 6.依从性差和研究医生认为不合适入选者； 7.严重脓毒症或全身性炎症反应综合征患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, etc. who are unable to participate in the test normally; 2. Individuals who suffer from heart disease (including those equipped with pacemakers and heart stents), cannot participate in body composition testing and physical strength index testing after implantation of artificial joints, etc; 3. Those with severe dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; 4. Patients with combined difficulty swallowing and eating; 5. Long term use of thyroid drugs, steroids, and estrogen and progesterone; 6. Those who have poor compliance and are deemed unsuitable by the research doctor; 7. Patients with severe sepsis or systemic inflammatory response syndrome.

计划入组110例研究对象，分为两组，分别进行精氨酸联合鱼油与安慰剂对比实验。 (1) 事先拟定110个研究对象序号； (2) 产生随机数字（此处用随机数字表法）； (3) 规定随机数字为奇数的研究对象分到干预组，偶数分到对照组； (4) 规定干预组使用精氨酸联合鱼油干预，对照组使用安慰剂； (5) 留存随机分配方案的文件。

110 study subjects are planned to be enrolled and divided into two groups for a comparative experiment of arginine combined with fish oil and placebo. (1) 110 study subject numbers are planned in advance; (2) Generate random numbers (using the random number table method here); (3) Research subjects with odd random numbers were assigned to the intervention group, while even numbers were assigned to the control group; (4) The intervention group was prescribed to use arginine combined with fish oil for intervention, while the control group was given a placebo; (5) Retain files for random allocation plans.
