研究目的：

通过骨骼肌超声力学成像仪来定量评估标准化筋膜释放技术（FRT）与安慰剂FRT对慢性非特异性颈痛患者胸锁乳突肌及其筋膜的力学特征、筋膜厚度及疼痛改善的即刻疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To quantitatively evaluate the immediate effect of standardized fascia release technique (FRT) versus placebo FRT on mechanical characteristics, fascia thickness, and pain improvement of sternocleidomastoid muscle and fascia in patients with chronic nonspecific neck pain by skeletal muscle ultrasonic mechanical imaging.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 康复治疗红旗征：肿瘤、结核、神经系统疾病或血管疾病，颈部骨折，颈椎感染或炎性关节炎、骨髓炎及老年性骨质疏松； 2. 颈痛急性期、因其他疾病（如肿瘤，纤维肌痛）等引起继发性颈痛、肩部疾病(如：肩部肌腱炎，滑囊炎等)； 3. 合并其他精神疾病，无法配合治疗； 4. 曾经接收过颈部手术治疗或正在接受其他治疗的患者； 5. 手法治疗禁忌症：治疗部位皮肤有感染、破溃，怀孕。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Red flag signs of rehabilitation treatment: tumor, tuberculosis, nervous system disease or vascular disease, neck fracture, cervical infection or inflammatory arthritis, osteomyelitis and senile osteoporosis; 2. Acute stage of neck pain, secondary neck pain caused by other diseases (such as tumor, fibromyalgia), shoulder diseases (such as shoulder tendinitis, bursitis, etc.); 3. Combined with other mental diseases, unable to cooperate with treatment; 4. Patients who have had neck surgery or are receiving other treatments; 5. Contraindications of manual treatment: skin infection, ulceration, pregnancy at the treatment site.

使用STATA14.0软件将受试者按1：1比例进行随机分配。考虑到男性/女性筋膜厚度和刚度可能存在差异，按性别进行随机分层。

The subjects were randomly assigned 1:1 by STATA14.0 software. Random stratification by sex was performed, taking into account possible differences in fascia thickness and stiffness in males/females.

盲法：

Blinding：

The participants had no idea which group they were assigned to. Pain intensity, fascia thickness, and other mechanical parameters were assessed by a therapist who was not involved in randomized assignment and treatment. The researchers responsible for extracting the ultrasound and other data and performing the statistical analysis were also unaware of the interventions received and the timing of the measurements.
